NYX Born To Glow Liquid Illuminator sunbeam review

CLAIM:-
''Enjoy a luminous, lit-from-within glow all year long with our luxuriously lightweight Liquid Illuminator. Now available in four light-catching shades, this multifunctional formula can be used as a foundation base or over cheekbones, décolletage, and cupids bow for a natural-looking radiance that’ll have everyone talking.''

Who doesn't want a glowing, well rested healthy looking skin? Unfortunately our lives are overloaded with stress and lack of sleep, we look nothing less than a zombie, unless you can spare some time for a skin care routine.
Using an illuminator is a good quick fix because it gives a radiant, gleamy and dewy looking skin. There are tons of illuminators available in the market. If you are on a budget then NYX Born To Glow liquid illuminator is yet another good option.

This illuminator comes in a squeeeze tube so personally i think it gives you more control of how much product you want. It has a pearly pink appearance. The consistency is great. It is not at all runny, not too thick and little goes a long way. The illuminator tends to dry quickly so you need to speed things up a little bit.Sunbeam has a pinkish shimmer and if you are not a huge fan of glitter then this might not be for you.
When blending the product the pink tends to fade away and leaves a subtle glow.
One thing i loved about this is that it stayed on for so long. I used it on my cheekbones and it did not move or fade. Even the glitter had not dared to move or spread to my face and turn my perfect day out into a huge nightmare. I had the illuminator on for a good 6 to 7 hours and I must say I was amazed.

Considering this being an illuminator, you can use it underneath your foundation, after your makeup as a last step (spot highlighting) to add a subtle glow or you can just mix a little bit with your foundation to give that healthy looking dewy skin and it is not gonna fail to furnish your unicorn extravaganza.

BUT, incase you pack on loads of this on your face then instead of lit from within glow you are just gonna look like an oil field filled with glitter. It might aswell accentuate any fine lines, wrinkles or scars so be carefull with that.

As mentioned earlier this product is an illuminator that gives subtle results, nothing too blinding so if you are about that extra drama then don't try this lol. Overall it is a great product that blends in beautifully. It gives a natural glow and depending on your preference you can build it up. The fact that this is long lasting, perfect for everyday use is what makes it a perfect addition to the makeup collection. Most of all it is a great cheaper alternative and for the price it does a great job in doing what it claims to.

Things you should be doing to prevent your foundation meltdown in humid summers if you have an oily face..

Let's face it, we've all suffered from this disaster. You invested the time to get a flawless face in the morning and hours later your foundation is all patchy and sliding off! Here's what you need to do Left: without primer Right: with primer 1)Invest in a good primer! Primers act as a base for your foundation. They prep your skin so it acts as a canvas for the foundation as the skin feels smooth and the foundation glides on easily. Buy a mattifying primer as it will mattify the shine, reduce the appearance of pores and help the foundation stay longer. 2)Get a foundation specific for your skin type. There are many drugstore and high end brands that make different types of foundations. 3)Translucent powder is your friend. It sets the foundation in place providing a matte finish and is not at all cakey however excessive powder can appear in flash photography so, careful  y'all.. 4)You have heard of setting sprays, inc...

Thoughts on the ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILL DIPBROW POMADE

Brow fillers are all over the place!! Being a brow conscious girl i decided to buy this pomade and I'm tremendously obsessed !! Anastasia Beverly Hills products get a lot of hype, although for the price I was a little hesitant to buy but the claims and razzmatazz got me intrigued.  The pomade comes in 11 shades so there is a wide variety to choose from. It claims to be water-proof, long-lasting, smudge-proof, blendable, buildable, highly pigmented and dries matte. It comes in a small glass jar, which does seem pretty less for what you pay for. The product is gel based and you might say it looks like most gel eyeliners out there, well it does lol... My verdict:- I bought the shade Dark Brown and it is   Amazing! It is creamy and smooth so it is very easy to draw on with an angled brush. It adheres to the hair very well and dries matte. For the amount, little goes a long way since the formula is buildable you do not need a lot. It stays put ...
